Back up in Scotland for a few days, taking advantage of the good weather. Drove up yesterday and met up with an old friend and conducting colleague Mike Trowski, who is in Kingussie looking after his elderly father, very fine artist, Albin Trowski. Lovely to see them both again!
Had a great meal with 2 friends of Mike's, Bill & Ellie - Bill runs a shop in Kingussie called Creativity - nostalgia time! Mike is being a great help with transport to the start of each stage.
Walked from Kingussie to Falls of Truim today - most of it along the old General Wade military road. Absolutely brilliant - fantastic views - must be one of the best shortish walks I have ever done!
