ALMOST OVER THE TOP TO TRINAFOUR

(not mentioning that infernal nonsense Pinafore!) Based at Blair Atholl campsite (big and too expensive but the only one open) - took Jane's car to Dalnacardoch then minibus to Dalspinadal. Weather (ridiculously) fine and warm. Walked the sustrans track back to Jane's car and then, finally leaving the A9 after about 200 miles of it, turned off along the back road towards Trinafour and Tummel Bridge. Climbed the big hill almost to the top before Jane picked me up in the car. Fantastic views back over the Cairngorms - saw lots of bambi's. Tomorrow, mostly downhill to Tummel Bridge - hope the weather holds!
