Sun still shining today, next stage finished - a good 7 miles, 3 of them along a lovely beach. Quite hard going though - must be a reaction to yesterday!
There was a Ceilidh/folk gathering in the pub tonight - really good fun, about 12 of them and it was good to hear MUSIC!!
